- 2 teaspoon light Chinese soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon Chinese rice wine (Shaoxing)
- 1.5 ml foodstuffs
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil

- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark Chinese soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon light Chinese soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark Chinese vinegar (Vinegar)
- 2 tablespoon of sugar
- 4 tablespoon water or saltless chicken broth
- 2 - 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 cm ginger
- 1 Bunch of spring onions
- 1 peppers
- 1 handful of sugar peas
- 2 onions
- 3 carrots

Instructions
- Eliminate the meat from fat and tendons and cut it into thin strips against the fiber. Mix thoroughly with the marinade ingredients, except for the oil, and marinate for half an hour. Mix the oil just before roasting.
- Peel the carrots and cut into the appropriate pieces with the remaining vegetables. I always halve the onions and cut the halves longitudinally into four parts each.
- Garlic and ingles peel and finely chop, cut spring onions diagonally into rings, separate white and green parts. Mix the ingredients for the sauce well.
- Cook the noodles according to the instructions, pour them and mix them with some sesame oil.
