Shrimp Fried Noodles (虾炒面) is my dad’s specialties dish,I was in high school favorite breakfast. Do not eat bad sleep and appetite in the morning, the delicious fried dish that will allow me to start the day full of power.
The chow mein is not so gorgeous, but the three most important elements are indispensable: shrimp, broccoli and peppers. If spicy food, green pepper that is excellent.
Of course, if you can fry an egg fragrant salt and pepper, it will be moved to a matter of great breakfast meal.
Cook the noodles 2 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain.
Heat the oil in a wok. Sauté 2 min chopped onion, crushed garlic and chilli (you previously removed the seeds) chopped. Add the ginger, broccoli into florets, Chinese cabbage into strips and chopped spring onions. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add the noodles, soy sauce and the prawns. Stir over high heat for another 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
Fans will enrich this revenue left over cooked diced chicken.
