[alert-note]Beef Broccoli is a traditional dish that you are almost sure to find in Chinese restaurants or at family meal in China. This dish is very rich in protein and vitamin mixture of broccoli beef[/alert-note]
I remember exactly When I first ate Chinese Beef and Broccoli stir fry. That was about 16 years ago, when I was about 8 years old, and the father of a friend took us both to the Chinese restaurant in the neighboring village. That was a whole new taste experience, a blend of exotic, savory, crunchy and sweet and sour. Since I love the Chinese cuisine and especially the Chinese Sichuan cuisine.
One of my favorite dishes is Beef Szechuan / Chinese beef and broccoli(西兰花炒牛肉), and I introduce you to here and now. As a side dish fits naturally rice: This time we have used the rice cooker – that’s so simple, and the result tastes so wonderful – so I get the rice does not go in the pot.
