Chili fried peanuts
Have you ever even peanuts roasted? Probably not, here it’s easy and better than the finished Purchased taste it anyway.
They’re all PEANUTS
In our latitudes, we mostly know only peanuts as a snack, in the final roast state out of a can or bag. But in China, peanuts are often a normal side dish or they are directly part of a dish and serve as an important protein and magnesium supplier.
From the Chili fried peanuts(香辣花生) version that I’ll now introduce I was excited! Ok, with chilli and Sichuan pepper you get me very easily. But not only the slight sharpness of chilli and the Sparkling-Numbing of Szechuan pepper convinced me, but also that fresh unroasted peanuts are used whose degree of roasting your own taste you can determine.
You get unroasted peanuts usually load in any well-stocked Asia. I prefer the version with the thin, reddish shell. But you can also take the completely peeled. Just as you like.
Did you actually that you can eat peanuts and raw? The emphasis is on can not … but you have to. I think they taste raw terribly. This raw taste is way even after roasting as if you were eating immediately. Therefore let cool even after roasting and then enjoy only.
Well, now serve up some nuts!
