Mix well the ingredients of Marinade-1 and Marinade-2. Cut the beef into 0.5 cm wide strips, marinate for 10 minutes in marinade-1,and then marinade for 5 minutes in marinade-2.
Peel the peppers, peel the onions and cut into 2 cm pieces. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
Heat the wok, heat 3 tablespoons of oil. First onion for 2-3 minutes almost fry, then beef and peppers 1-2 minutes. As soon as the beef is no longer red, add the black-pepper sauce, stir briefly (1 min.) Then serve all out in a Plate.
The food is great with rice. Of course you can also enjoy them with other food and rice.
If you like a creamy consistency, add a little bit of foodstuff with a little cold water and add to the food just before serving.
