Petunjuk
  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and finely chop the green portion of the spring onion. Then lay aside.
  2. Put the rice in the pan and fry it until there are no more lumps. (Use a spatula to break the chunk into pieces).
  3. Add two tablespoons of coconut oil and then the eggs.

  4. Mix the eggs under the rice. Add salt and pepper. The rice grains should be enveloped by the eggs so that the rice is yellowish.
  5. Add the spring onions.
  6. Transfer the fried rice into bowls or on plates and add some chopped green onions as garnish.
